I need a data base of
- The primary pre-requisite is organisations using the ITIL framework, which is actually around 85% of UK plcs.
- Size-wise, we have been approached by organisations with as few people in IT as ten (Princess Yachts in Plymouth) and with hundreds of IT staff, so size isn’t everything (as they say).
- ITIL is also industry-sector agnostic. Our clients come from retail (Co-Op, Debenhams, Morrisons, Boots, The Range), law (DLA Piper), finance (Vocalink, AccessPay, LexisNexis, Barclaycard), Education (King’s College, Huddersfield Uni), Services (Capita), Logistics (DHL), Leisure (TUI), Energy (Opus, Wood McKenzie), Pharmaceutical (Premex), Construction (Amey, Mouchel), etc.
- The Contact is either in IT or HR (training). Not sure there is a typical job title, but apart from Head of IT, it would be the Service Delivery Manager
