Train to Gain Work based Learning

We are looking to sign up care homes, nursing homes and domiciliary care agencies to deliver NVQ training in the work place under the train 2 gain initiative as well as all types of buisnessess for a customer service qualification

Pathway College is a national Training Provider of healthcare training programmes and is registered with the Department for Education & Skills as an International College. The college is also Investors in People accredited and is a registered examination centre with the Educational Development International (EDI).

Pathway College works closely with employers to ascertain and meet both their training requirements and the needs of their employees. A wide range of nationally accredited qualifications which are focused on meeting the needs of the healthcare sector are available to employers. Pathway College utilises a range of different learning methods with the aim of delivering as much as possible in the workplace, in accordance with requirements of employers.


Secured government funding support is available for programmes through theTrain2Gain initiative and therefore the training at NVQ level 2 and at NVQ level 3 is free of charge
