Telesales whiz needed for Childrens publisher

HELLO - WE ARE REPOSTING THIS JOB WHICH WE PUT ON HOLD LAST YEAR BECAUSE THE BOOKSHOPS WERE FULL OF CHRISTMAS STOCK. AS IT IS A TELESALES JOB WE WILL NEED TO HAVE A BRIEF PHONE INTERVIEW ON WED 16/THURS 17TH SO PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR MOBILE NUMBER IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED.

Small publisher seeks a friendly reliable person to make a series of sales calls on our behalf to book shops, schools etc.
This is a fun sales task for someone experienced on the phone. Some of our titles are well known, and some will need a bit of explaining. We'll provide a script of course.

You'll need to be able to forge good relationships with book buyers, present our script in an authentic manner and update our google document with details, keeping track of who has ordered which title. Easy?

If you show flair for this initial trial, it could turn into a nice regular job as we need to contact different people throughout the year. Approx 50 hours per year.

We'll need to speak to applicants on the phone before awarding the contract, so please include a phone contact number.

We plan to start at the beginning of Feb - once the sales stock is out of the shelves!
