Telesales to sell our training courses

Telesales required to sell places on our IT Training courses. We are keen to find a provider to work with regularly.

This has been reposted due to the unfortunate fact the provider we had selected previously is suffering from ill health.

What do we need you to sell? We have 3 training centres and wish to be at full capacity with your help! We can also provide onsite training so you will also acquire leads for these.

The courses are all IT training courses so experience with MS Office 2003 and 2007 plus Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamweaver will all prove useful (but not essential).

Our target market is medium to large companies in all sectors, we have recently purchased data. The contact will be the HR Director or IT Director, in some medium size companies it will be the Managing Director.

We would prefer someone who will commit to regular work with us on an ongoing basis. We would hope to use 3 days per week of your time, possibly increasing to 5 days per week if we see great results. You will need to keep in regular contact by phone and email with our office manager and training administrator to check availability on courses. You will need to email leads to us, so we can email out course schedules, outlines etc to the leads you have secured. Please note we regard a working day as 7 hours as from experience not much is sold over the lunchtime period.

We expect you to be well organised, and keep excellent records of calls made, number of dials, number of leads, following up on leads etc. We would require you to start ASAP, so please advise when you can start in your message.
