Telesales/Telemarketing - Appointment making

We are a growing HR based organisation that provides conflict resolution services to a wide variety of market sectors.

Following the development of a free 1 hour consulting service, we are looking for an experienced telesales/telemarketing professional to make book appointments for this free service with key HR decision makers on behalf of our field sales team.

Initial targets for this project are 10-12 appointments per month.

We are looking for someone with:

B2B (business to business) outbound telesales experience
Good verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills
A goal-driven attitude
Experience in the HR industry is also beneficial but not essential
