Telesales - Promoting Income Earning Opportunity to Mortgage Brokers

We offer a unique service that allows Mortgage Brokers & IFA's to earn extra income from their current clients (homebuyers). These homebuyers include first time buyers ( who are our main clients), but it can also help next time buyers and investors. The service is easy to promote as it is a win:win for the mortgage broker and the homebuyer, as it earns the mortgage broker a referral fee and it saves the homebuyer money.

The Job role we require to fill is a home based role and involves calling mortgage brokers and IFA's from across the country and promoting our service to them. You are not actually selling anything just getting them to sign up for a free service which they can then earn an income from.

The job role entails the initial phone call, sending out the contract emails to the interested parties and then forwarding the signed contracts to ourselves.

Targets aren't set in stone as yet as we will build these targets around the suitable parties to ensure they are achievable. However we have set some simple targets to start off with.

On a pay per house base rate this role is only available for 20 hrs per week, however we are open to the idea of a commission only setup where the payments per contract will be much higher to reflect the risk taken by the telesales executive and the hours available for you could be increased.

Job Role Detail:

> Contact mortgage brokers via phone and confirm right contact person and discuss and inform them of our service
> Get acceptance to email further info and 'what to do next' to broker
> Send email and registration contract to broker
> Follow up calls or email to broker to ensure contract returned
> Forward on signed contract to us = 1 Completed Contract
