Telesales project for marketing seminar to small business owners

I run regular marketing, PR and business growth seminar in the Midlands. I am looking for a freelance, home based telesales person to call up MDs of small companies to see if they are interested in attending the seminars.

The seminars are 1 day events costing £197 which also come with 12 monthly telephone follow ups. All events come with a 100% money back guarantee. I have hundreds of testimonials from happy previous delegates form other events I have run.

Over 1000 people have attended my seminars in the past and the role would include calling past delegates (this is a brand new format of seminar) as well as calling people who have seen me speak at evening events or people who have been recommended to see me. There would also be an expectation to call other colder leads as well as generate new leads from past delegates.

I have written a book on low cost marketing, published earlier this year and have just completed my second book due to be published in the new year.

I am happy to pay a basis hourly rate of £7 per hour plus a bonus if the weekly target was reached. I would think that 8 places a week could be made.

I would be looking to employ somebody for up to 20 hours per week initially. However if this went well I would be happy to increase this and run additional seminars to cope with demand.
