Telesales & Lead Generation in Scotland

I am looking for a telesales individuals who can assist me with a new project I am looking to start within the next 4 weeks.

I have recently set up a web hosting & domain name registration business, in which I would like an experienced telesales person to sell our web based service to businesses across the UK. Our service caters for both small & medium sizes businesses, whom do not have the knowledge or time available to purchase their own servers etc. Our business offers a simple, easy to use service that allows our customers to host their website(s) on our servers and to purchase domain names at the same time.

Overview of requirements:
I am looking for somebody who is home based with their own internet/email access & telephone line, who has an excellent telesales history (ideally within the I.T. market) who can close deals on the phone. This is a web based service we offer and therefore purchases are done online via secured server. A telesales individual who has the wish to earn uncapped commission and whom can "close deals" on the phone would be preferred. Subject to an initial "trial" period & results, I would like to extend this to a permanent arrangement with a view to building a large UK cbase of SME clients.

Payment:
I am offering a flat fee of £5.00 per hour, based on between 20-25 hours per week - plus uncapped commission of between £5.00 - £10.00 per "web hosting package" sold. Like I say I am looking for long term assistance, so the above figures can be reviewed on results received.
