Telesales for IT training company

Telesales person required this coming week to do 2 days work as a trial. The success of the trial and the leads you acquire depends on whether we continue using you for more work. You will be paid between 9am to 50pm with 1 hour for lunch when it is traditionally quiet, so 7 hours per day.

You will need to be IT literate and understand our full range of MS Office 2003 and 2007 courses so have good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

You will need to do research which can be mainly done from our website, plus a half hour consultation with me.

You will be expected to gain proper leads from people interested in our training courses NOT just get leads where people have attempted to get rid of you asking you to email more information. The course they are interested in must be specified along with number of delegates.

This will potentially lead to 2 days work per week plus we have another company you can be involved with potentially. Commission will be paid if you get further work from us.

You must have a superb level of spoken English. No contact questions will be answered via the site.

We have many data lists you can utilise and you will be expected to demonstrate the quality of your record keeping by returning the Excel files fully annotated with date, time contacted, person spoken to, result, follow up calls etc.
