Telesales contacting schools

We need a telesales executive to follow up 78 letters recently sent out to local schools. We provide after school tennis coaching for primary school children. The successful candidate would contact the local schools and make appointments for us to meet the Headmasters. We will pay a flat fee to undertake the work and then commission on top of that. Commission structure is attached. We would provide all contact details and details on our company. There would be more future work if project completed well. We would expect a report with feedback from each school for the flat fee to be released.
