Telesales, cold calling and booking appointments

I'm looking for a regular person to make contact with small buinesses in the BS postcode aiming to book 12-15 appointments per week to offer clients a free credit management health check,. Leads will be provided. I need an experienced cold calling telesales person who can overcome objectives in a polite and professional manner and would prefer someone over 30 years old with years of telesales experience behind them.
