We require some holiday Telesales/Customer Service cover for ad hoc tasks from next week for a two week period and possibly a further week after that.
This work would be perfect somebody already working as a VA who is available and Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm for incoming calls and at least 2 hours for telesales per day.
Tasks will include:
Telesales if possible
Responding to emails
Customer service phone calls when needed
Updating customers on progress, faults
Assisting with and customer problems
