I'm in the market for some very good telesales people to get bums on seats for our soft skills programmes (sales, management & personal development and soon MS courses). Commission rates as follows for confirmed bookings:

1 day courses - full price bookings £75

2 day fcourses - full price bookings £125

5 day courses - full price bookings £175

Commission on discounted bookings will reduce by 1/2 percentage discount offered to client. IE if you offer a course with 20% discount, you'll lose 10% on your commision, 30% will lose 15% of your commission and so on.

If you prove to be successful in the first couple of weeks, and get firm bookings, I will be able to justify a basic rate on top of this. I'm hoping this will give more incentive to actually sell rather than just go through the motions. Any good sales closer should be able to do this.

I will also offer free 1 and 2 day course places for every 5 bookings.
