Hi
This project would initially be a short trial of 4 hrs as I'm not sure that I'm following the right premise and it could be a none starter as a potential market for me.
GDPR has produced lots of necessary changes and one area that MAY have been overlooked by some companies is that if you outsource personalised, confidential documents for printing to a third party, the security of the data is very important and may be compromised..
I have a list of UK wealth management companies with a name (Not necessarily the right one) and phone number to contact to gain some information:
1. Do they send printed, confidential data to their clients or just an online portal. e.g. quarterly asset valuation reports that show names, addresses and amount of funds invested for the client.
2. Are they aware of the potential risk of printing in a manufacturing facility that does not have secure access to the site and appropriate security measures in place (ISO 27001).
We have a high level of security, producing items including exam papers and weekly confidential information for pilots.
More information will be available pre start but these are the main objectives. I've about 80 contacts although I expect that you would only be able to access a few in the initial time allowed.
The close will be along the lines of, we'd be happy to send you some more information about this type of secure print production and contact you again.
Please let me know what you think
Best wishes
Graham
