Vision Engineering Ltd. manufactures a range of optical microscopes used within industry (electronics manufacturing, precision engineering, plastics, dental etc) for visual inspection and dimensional checking, for the purposes of quality control. Many of the systems employ patented optical technology to remove the need for the conventional eyepieces of a microscope, allowing operators to work in complete comfort, improving accuracy and efficiency.
We require some telemarketing to be conducted on some contacts or data we are purchasing. Manufacturing or engineering experience is not essential but talking confidently about technical issues is desirable.
The objective of the project is to follow up a mailshot with some telemarketing to try and ascertain how relevant our products are to the data and if they require either:

%u2022 A quotation
%u2022 A demonstration
%u2022 Kept up to date with our product information
%u2022 Not relevant and not to be contacted etc
Information includes:
%u2022 Appx. 1000 - 1500 contacts from manufacturers in the UK and Eire.
%u2022 Basic standard script supplied
%u2022 Product literature supplied
Please note this project will require a trial and error approach as there are elements of uncertainty with the data i.e. the relevance and the availability of contacts. Productivity will also need to be reviewed to see if this project is viable in relation to quantities contacted per hour etc
