Telemarketing Campaign Spanish Hotels & Campsites

We are an Activity & Events company based in Cardiff we have been trading for over 12 years and run Activities & Events for Corporate & large groups throughout the UK. One of our most popular Events is our “Family Fortunes” style Game Show evening which can be viewed at: https://game-show.co.uk/

Due to the popularity with a British audience we believe this would of great interest to Hotels, Campsites & Holiday Resorts in Spain who already provide entertainment for their English speaking guests. We intend to focus initially on the Alicante & Benidorm areas and if proved successful we would like expand to other areas in Spain.

To kick start this project we are looking for a Telemarketing person to contact potential venues to obtain a contact name for the person who books entertainment, explain the concept and determine interest. We intend to visit the area in March so the ultimate aim would be to secure an appointment for us to meet with the decision maker.

We already have a database of hotels and email addresses for Hotels in Alicante and can get further data for other areas. We are looking for somebody to take complete ownership of the project i.e. somebody who can maintain a database and follow the process throughout:
1- Identify the decision maker and gain email a personal address
2- Send out our eMail flyer
3- Follow up with email or telephone call to confirm receipt and establish interest
Apart from the website we also have a double sided PDF that can be used for marketing purposes (see enclosed).

Please state your expected hourly rate plus your expected commission for contacts who have expressed a written interest via email reply or for securing appointments. Also please state what results you would expect i.e. how many contacts per hour etc? If you have any recordings of marketing calls you have previously made so we can get an idea of your style that would be welcome.
