I have recently setup a new Managed IT services company

I will be providing my services aimed at Small Office, home office and SME's

What i am wanting is to gain quality leads through different means such as telemarketing, cold calling etc. I a open to suggestions on ways of gaining these leads

I am not necessarily paying by hour or fixed price because there is no incentive for you to do anything which would concern me. I would want to pay you per lead generated as this seems a lot fairer way of knowing you are working
