Telemarketer Required to make 100 test calls

New discount card company needs someone to test call 100 hotels and determine the name, title and email address of targeted decision makers.

This campaign is to test the market response to the product and will then lead to a wider campaign, again making calls in to determine exactly the same information but the second phase will require a follow up call to determine whether the information has been received.



To clarify:
1. Data will be supplied via excel, data supplied will be Company name, Address, Telephone number.

2. Data required by telemarketer will be the names, job titles and email addresses of two key decision makers.

3. The calls are made to businesses, in this instance; Hotels, therefore there will be no Callbacks, Call not answered, No Reply call types.

4. The campaign must be completed over two days, this is 16 hours of calling time.

5. calling times will be 10am until 6pm and will be midweek.

Once phase one has completed, phase two will start in January 2011. Phase two will be a follow up call to each of the 100 contacts to determine if they received the information sent to them. This campaign will last five days (Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm) and will be 40 calling hours.
