Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
1. Logon to zoho.com (user id and password will be provided).
2. After logging on, select ‘CRM’, then ‘campaigns', then the ‘sourcing’ campaign.
3. Select ‘log a call’.
4. Enter subject ‘telemarketing’.
5. Select ‘contact’ as the name of the estate agent to be called using the search button. The list of estate agents will be provided.
6. Select ‘start’ and call an estate agent from the list.
7. Telephone the estate agent and read the script that will be provided.
8. In zoho, select ‘more fields’ and record the outcome of the telephone call in the ‘call result’ field and select ‘done’.
9. Stop the call duration timer and select save.
10. Repeat steps 2 to 9 for the list of estate agents that will be provided.

    Hi Edward,
    It's a cold calling role to estate agents to raise the company awareness. The company is looking to buy houses that your average home owner who is moving home would not be interested in. The company aim is to arrange viewings and purchase these properties. The aim of the campaign is raise to raise awareness to the company with the estate agents in the local area and for them to contact us as and when they have these type of difficult to sell properties. We are initially targeting a small area and so suspect 3 to 4 hours a week of time would be sufficient. Candidates must be native English speaking and have their own broadband / phone to make telephone calls to the UK and record the results in an online CRM system.
