Telemarketer / Appointment setter

I have more telesales work than I can currently manage and need to pass some on to a reliable telesales professional. The main requirement is setting appointments, although some assignments may provide an opportunity to actually close business on the phone.

The payment per hour is relatively low, but depending on the project, there will be elements of commission / bonus per appointment etc. Each project will have a different set of payment terms depending on what rates I am earning from the client - clearly you would always have the option of refusing work if you don\'t feel it is suitable (for instance, I occasionally take on high commission but no base assignments - you may choose not to take part in these campaigns)

What I am looking for is somebody capable of running more than one campaign at a time, in a broad range of sectors, with a solid background in setting well qualified appointments in particular.

Location is not vital, but West Midlands based would be ideal, as I would see this as a long term partnership and as I am West Midlands based it would make meeting up occasionally easier.
