Telemarketer

A training company specialising in the delivery of training that raises awareness of how tone of voice and body language influences others and how our mind influences us, is looking for an experienced telemarketer to raise their profile with key prospects, Traditionally the training has been delivered as presentation and communication skills training, but is now moving towards personal impact and executive presence development.

The role would be to contact prospective clients in large organisations to explain the training service provided and create and develop a relationship with decision makers, so when they have a need they will come back to the training company. Once a prospect has shown interest, they would be handed over to the training company to take the relationship further.

The ideal candidate will be experienced at speaking with senior decision makers in large organisations, be good at creating rapport in conversation and be enthusiastic about promoting the training service. Plenty of energy and the ability to communicate well with people of all levels and build relationships with them will be essential.

You would work 6 days (7 hrs a day) per month from home on a freelance basis, calling from a supplied list. You must be set up as self employed and therefore you would be responsible for the cost of your telephone calls.

Salary would be £8.00 per hour, with additional fees available based on subsequent outcomes of prospect relationship; being either £75 for a qualified appointment or a 7.5% commission on a sale deliverable within 3 months.
