Support Needed for Short IT-Related Calls

We are looking for a reliable Technical Call Support Assistant to help with short technical calls related to software and IT topics. The role involves joining scheduled calls, asking prepared technical questions, and writing short notes after each call.

The ideal candidate has good English communication skills and basic to intermediate knowledge of software or IT concepts. You should be comfortable speaking clearly, following instructions, and summarizing information in writing. A stable internet connection and responsible work habits are important for this role.

This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible scheduling and ongoing work available depending on performance.

Compensation is $10 per hour, paid for completed call sessions.
