Sourcing a list of contacts

We have a list of the top 1000 European private sector companies involved in research and development (and the location of their head office). We require someone to compile a list in Excel of all of these and find out the name, job title, address details, telephone and email address for the following job roles: head of/director of research and development, managing director and CEO. The contact details would need to verified via telephone or an up-to-date website page/directory (i.e. updated within the last couple of months or 09 directory).
