Selling advertising space for a local magazine

I'm looking for someone to sell lots of advertising for a brochure space to local businesses of all kinds, details of which areas shall be confirmed.

You must have a friendly manner, not pushy, excellent spoken English, be able to book 10 spaces a day.

You must have access to a phone and e-mail.

I need someone who i'm available to get hold of.

You job

1)Call local businesses of which i will give a list and contact numbers.
2) Speak to the person in charge of advertising.
3) Inform of services and get a SALE
4) Get important information e.g. other contact numbers, addresses, e-mail address.
5) Pass me information so i can e-mail over a brochure and sample adverts.
6) Chase up conversation and brochure to book an add.

This is commission based

10% of every space sold about £160.00
5% of every space sold under £160.00

You will be representing the company so i'm looking for someone with fantastic phone and people skills as well as good advertising.

Please provide examples of similar work carried out.

Would suit someone who has sold advertising space before.
