We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist to join our team at DigiLexpert on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold emailing and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients who lack a professional logo, website, or have an underperforming website.
- Craft personalized cold emails to reach out to small businesses, offering DigiLexpert’s services, which include logo design, website development, and website optimization.
- Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a self-sourced pipeline of leads by leveraging your network or through independent research.
Report on sales activity and maintain a high level of organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold emailing and business development.
- Excellent written communication skills with a flair for persuasive writing.
- Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and act upon them.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and/or German, with a focus on small businesses in English or German-speaking countries.
- It’s a plus if you already have an email list to utilize.
Payment Structure:
- This position is strictly commission-based. Payment will be issued for successful conversions only.
- Details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
