We are an Odoo ERP Partner and an IT startup, looking to hire a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in the UK market. The ideal candidate will help us generate leads, book demos, and acquire new customers, focusing on delivering tailored ERP solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UK SME market.
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
Schedule and deliver product demos to potential customers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales or ERP solutions sales is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar solutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Experience in using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipeline.
Familiarity with UK SME business dynamics is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Target: Generate a minimum of £50K-£100K in new business within the first 3 months.
Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a conversion rate of 20%-30% from qualified leads to closed deals.
Pipeline Growth: Build a robust sales pipeline with a value 2-3x monthly revenue target.
