Resourcer needed - helping young people into apprenticeships

We are looking for the right person to grow our skills, training and recruitment provision, as we support individuals into apprenticeships and other roles we have available across London.

As a company we have different projects, focusing on supporting businesses to become more diverse and inclusive. Our business works on upskilling and training job seekers before supporting them into future-proofed employment (London Livable wage and learning a sought after transferable skill/trade).

What you will be doing:

Qualifying candidates for training
Onboarding candidates
Follow up and pre-sale calls with candidates
You will need access to your own job boards and portals to source candidates

Once candidates complete training, they will join our talent pool of work ready candidates, where we promote opportunities available through our clients and partners. On this specific project, having experience working with young people (between ages of 16-24) and knowledge of apprenticeships will be a massive plus.
