Research & compile data - sales front end

Hi, hope you're well.

We're looking for someone to help out with the front end of our sales process. What we need is a list of quite specific prospects, with email addresses and phone numbers for our sales/marketing campaigns which we run monthly. This isn't just a data-gathering exercise, we'd like to work with someone who can use their own initiative to build out smart data for us to work with and guide us toward better ways of doing things.

We have the type of job titles and the size of the business and the sectors we're after.

You would then liaise with our marketing manager and head of sales to pass over the details in a format that suits each area of activity (uploadable sheet for marketing with email addresses, and a listed call list for sales) and work out the next target areas with them so we can keep the pipeline filled.

We'd prefer not to pay on a per-contact basis as that seems to drive people towards speed and poor data so please only apply if you are interested in a quality rather than quantity approach.
