Remote/Home-based Telesales

Remote/Home-based Telesales person required to cold call small businesses to sell software for creating e-commerce websites. The software is aimed at retailers/sole traders who have a physical product to sell. The software's strongest point is it's ease of use and so far it has been used by retailers selling wallpaper, showers, furniture, shoes and gifts.

We are based in Portsmouth and so if an appointment were made it would need to be within travelling distance of Portsmouth. However, our ability at appointments is weak so if the entire sale could be closed over the phone that would be preferable. We have a website with an online demonstration available.

The software has a setup time of approximately one day so initially we are only seeking to gain a small amount of new customers, perhaps only 6 to 12. If successful however we would like to have an on-going relationship with someone who can provide a telesales service. We are very flexible and open to suggestions on how best to approach this.

As an IT company we do provide all services related to Computers and the Internet but we want to push sales of our e-commerce software.
