Property Company seeks experienced Telemarketer

MUST BE BASED IN UK
We are looking for an experienced telemarketer to follow up on warm leads for property lettings. (People who have already enquired and are now looking to book a viewing / get more information)

The person we seek is someone that ideally has experience in Property lettings, warm friendly phone manner who can speak intelligently about our properties, help convert the warm leads into new tenants.
We are using a combination of virtual and in-person viewings so the person we need must be able to call prospective tenants, book appointments and send emails. Initially looking for someone to do around 3-4 hours per week for September but this may increase and be an ongoing role. The person must be a fluent English speaker that is available UK office hours into early evening (3pm-8pm) to follow up leads although we are flexible as to when calls are made.
