Porsche Specialist requires lead generator and appointment maker

We have an old database of existing customers that we need to target to try and get servicing work. There is about 300 customers and a further 50 customers that have bought a Porsche from us in the last 4 years. We require an experienced person to help come up with a script and to phone and book appointments. Must also input the names, address and numbers into a database. Experience in creating a simple database will be important as well. Any other ideas regarding the best use of our old customer database would be welcome. We are based in North West london in an industrial estate and would require the calls to be made at the garage.
