Phoning estate agents for relationship leads

I need someone who is experienced in sales to contact estate agents in my local area for me. My Business locates teams of contractors and working professionals to accommodation in the area (Luton and Dunstable) and we are looking for suitable properties to meet demand.

I would like someone to initially contact all the estate agents on an excel sheet I will provide and ask for the name, phone (direct line) and email address of the lettings manager.

I will provide a script. Once this is complete I would like someone to call the lettings manager for each agent on my behalf and try to organise a meeting with myself to see how we can work together (I will also provide a script).

I need someone who is good at sales and can navigate objections - so ideally somebody who understands property investments or can pick up easily what my business does - I can provide further info. This job will be separated into two parts each taking one day or less.
