Phone Business developer/sales/trader - high value clients

The job involves Business Development, Trading & Sales on the phone with high value clients

- You will be given an account list of high ranked business contacts. These contacts will be sent an introductory email about our company and our business solutions. This will be done by our analyst.

- When these clients write back expressing interest or with queries, you will have to possibly get on the phone/on skype and talk to them about our company, business and solutions. You will have to handle all queries. You will be provided documents and FAQ that will train you to handle them.

- You will have to bring the clients to a level, when they are ready to receive a visit from our Director when he visits the country to close the deal.

- You will have to follow up your call with email proposals / clarifications to the client. In some cases book subsequent calls.

- You will have to write a report/minutes in an excel sheet based on the call.

- We need someone with excellent english, great diction, brilliant at comprehension and selling complex solutions, a good learner, and an extremely charming voice and a great sales skills. You should be someone who can sound credible enough and confident to do high value sales deals. Please remember you are going to be doing business to business sales and trading. You should be able to deal with different accents with people in different countries - Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America etc.

- Your end objective is relationship building with clients, so you should be ready to do multiple calls, and develop close relationship with clients. You are a brand ambassador for us.

- You need to provide a FIXED price bid. Your bid price should be based on per LIVE account basis. Some accounts will take perhaps one call, some will take many calls to bring to close. ONLY BIDS on a per account basis will be accepted. Bids on a per hour basis will not be accepted. You can expect a bonus based on your success, however that is at the discretion of your manager.

- You can expect to be given 250-500 accounts.

-You will have to undergo some virtual training involving reading some background papers on our subject area which is technical, and then do an interview and mock call before final selection.

- You should be prepared to do calls across time zones. You can be located anywhere.

- If you do a good job, possibility of permanent recruitment if you so wish.oject.
