Paid Search assistance

Hello!

We are a digital marketing and analytics agency. Our company could use an additional set of hands to help with some upcoming paid search projects. We need a contractor who is fairly advanced and familiar with:

doubleclick interface
clickserv URLs
pivot tables
v-lookups
advanced excel
monthly reporting
AdWords editor
bid management
optimization
display / remarketing
youtube ads
rules and automation
mobile ads

I'm looking for someone to whom I could say:
"audit the ad extensions for (client) and make recommendations for opportunities"
"use the UTM builder and replace the current dest URLs for (campaign) in doubleclick"
"help me build out a remarketing funnel for (client)"

We have a lot of clients so there is always something that needs to be done.
