Outbound calls to database of approx 20,000

I need an organisation that can make 20,000 calls in a short period of time 1-2 weeks ,to either have a 30 second conversation or leave a short message ,must be fluent in english ,spanish would be a bonus.This is a proof of concept campaign which if successful will be ongoing.Only those that have the capability of making this volume of calls will be considered.
The Budget is negotiable and i am happy to discuss that with whoever responds.
