We are looking for an organized Sales Expert to support our team. The responsibilities include mainly cold calling and ongoing communication with potential prospects: restaurants, cafes, ghost kitchens, virtual restaurants, and other venues offering food delivery.
Generating sales transactions is our primary objective. Any sales transaction consist of three stages:
Stage 1
Cold-call prospective customers, find a way to speak to decision-makers, explain the key benefits of using Delivety™ (key benefits may vary, depending on market segment and decision-maker position in the company), and convince them to create a 30-day free trial account on Delivety. We will provide the detailed Campaign Plan with an extensive list of Customer Pain Points and how we solve them.
Stage 2
Call the customers who created accounts but haven’t processed any orders within one week (we’ll provide this data). Your objective is to uncover and report the reasons and either mitigate them right away (minor issues) or pass them to the Delivety™ Support Team.
Stage 3
Call the customers who created accounts and processed some orders however haven’t subscribed for any paid plan upon a 30-day free trial. Your objective is to uncover and report the reasons and either mitigate them right away (minor issues) or pass them to the Delivety™ Support Team.
The sales transaction is closed once the customer subscribes to a paid plan.
We expect that this campaign will be paid on a commission base: $100 per qualifying paid subscription. The first month is paid on a per-hour basis.
Requirements:
You must be located in the USA.
Previous experience in SaaS sales is beneficial.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
