Organise a Facebook page, optimise lead generation

I have an online subscription site selling a unique product into a very large market and we are looking to promote and sell regular live 'Masterclass' workshop/training events while generating a steady stream of leads and sign-ups. We think a Facebook and/or other social media campaigns could be good for us, is this something you could help us with? Any final agreement on hourly fees would include exceptional commission payments for agreed targets. This alone could easily triple or quadruple earnings almost overnight.
