Online ad sales on greek tourism website

I have made a tourism website (naxos-greece.net) which is currently the most popular one for one of the greek islands; reaching over 2500 visitors a day. It has also been mentioned in a national newspaper, shows 3rd on Google for relevant searches, and has proven effectiveness for those who advertise in it already.

However, due to my job, I do not have the time to expand the client base & develop the business.

What I'm looking for is an experienced freelance sales person who can help me to make sales in return for a 50% commission. The target market is primarily local greek hotels, travel agents, and other tourism-related local businesses.
