Need to grow Property Management Business

We are a London based property business who provide a number of services to landlords including property management, guaranteed rent, tenant eviction and maintenance.

We are looking for individuals to promote our property management service to our existing database of landlords.

The role would include
speaking to 100 landlords (list will be provided)
Providing a report of each conversation
Arranging a follow up call from the sales team for all landlords which are interested.

The proposal should include a fixed price for the 100 calls. We would favor proposals which has an element of a fixed price as well as a fee for each successful lead generated
