Need telesales staff, commission based

I need telesales staff or email marketers to sells on a commission basis. I have a sight that requires businesses to register for free (completely free) and need to get as many sign up as possible in a little time as possible to create quick growth.

I am negotiable on the commission structure and am looking to target UK and US businesses.
