Hi everyone.
we are a small family run estate agency, who focus on doing things a little differently. we have been going for 7 years in total and have a lot to offer at competitive fees compared to our competition.
we have been running a social media campaign for around a year now which is a "auto valuation tool" where people put in their name, email and telephone number along with their address and the system uses a number of different sources like land registry to calculate an "average" property value.
some are spot on, some are WAY off the mark, but nevertheless, the people using it have some intent to know what their home is worth, it may be they are looking to move now, 3-6 months or even 12+ months.
I am looking for someone who can understand our brand, understand our culture coupled with being a sales superstar to call through these people, and see if anybody wants a "in person" more accurate valuation and to discuss their situation more to see if/how we can help.
there is an element of cold calling as these people have used this tool, they may have had call attempts, texts and emails and not responded. so it's sort of cold calling. BUT these people clearly had some interest in finding out the value of their property.
we have had several clients come on board and sell through this list, so there is plenty of business to have, i just need someone to go online onto our "system" log in (i can provide the login) and then put notes on each call as they are made. the system is mega mega basic to understand as its just the details that need calling on there as well as the values given, when and what address for etc.
Ideally the candidate with have some sort of property industry knowledge.

Good afternoon,
Do you want calls during the day or weekend/ evening time? Approx how many do you want per day called or how many hours per week? Will they be calls to mobiles/ landlines or both? I have worked with an Estate Agency before with valuations so I am very familiar with this. Thank you Vicky
