Native Italian Speaker Needed for Phone Assistance in Italy

We are looking for a native Italian speaker currently living in Italy to assist us with a few phone calls. The task is to inquire about availability at a residence home (Residenza Anni Azzurri B. Franchiolo) for my mother-in-law, who resides in Italy.

As we do not live in Italy and are unfamiliar with the system, we need help navigating this process. My mother-in-law is unable to make the calls herself, and unfortunately, I do not speak Italian, while the residence staff does not speak English, which has complicated communication.

The task involves:

Calling the residence home to check for available space.
Gathering information on the procedures and costs involved.
We are seeking a residence home near Alassio, Albenga, or Sanremo.
