* Native Hindi / Gujarati speaker for B2B Telemarketing calls

We have an ongoing project where we require a native Hindi / Gujarati speaker for approximately 4hours per day on an ongoing basis, with ad-hoc increase in hours when our client holds events throughout the year.
Part of your role will be calling proactively across our client’s database to generate leads, possible appointment making and engaging the contacts at decision maker level to qualify opportunities.
The second part will be to monitor and respond to our client's webchats on their websites.
The ideal candidate will be highly pro-active, and totally committed to achieving the campaign brief. You will need to be driven with excellent written and spoken communication skills and able to understand technical/Industrial language. You will also need to be familiar with highly accurate data recording.

We work with cloud-based systems (including telephone) and at the outset we provide a full induction to both our clients and our systems.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
