Media Partners for Conferences - European based only

We run conferences in London and the one in the United States in Cyber Security. We are looking for an experienced marketing individual who can arrange media partnerships for us on our shows (we simply do not have the time!).
This is a straight forward job, and we prefer someone who has done this before.
You will be:

Researching cyber security associations and media magazines, creating a excel spreadsheet of the firm, contact details (name of person, job title, phone and email) and when you have contacted them.
You will send them a proposal after calling, via email asking them to become a media partner on our cyber events
The template for the media partnership has already been written by us! You just email it and cc in our director.

Once the media partnership is agreed, you will exchange assets with the new partners such as
-send our event logo of our conference to them. These will usuallly be asked for in different sizes. If you have experience in photo shop or illustrator it would be a big plus and we will consider applicants capable of creating a logo on the spot for us first! Otherwise we will make one and provide it to you. You will also collect theirs, and send it to us
-send ours, and collect theirs: 50 word synopsis and weblink of their firm and of our conference

That is all really - we need this five to six times a year so when we find the right person we would like to keep them on board for each project!
