Marketing & Sales Manager for my start-up

I have set up a new business and am looking for support with marketing and sales. The business is a consultancy firm and the objective of the person who works with us is:
1. To source leads who wish to use our services
2. To help with build the marketing and sales strategy.

The business is a consultancy business offering consultancy services to small, medium and large businesses. The services include, but are not limited to: audit, ongoing consultancy support, training. I will be able to share more information.

The work of the Marketing & Sales Manager will include:

- Generating/sourcing leads
- Creating sales and marketing communications
- Supporting the promotion of the company and helping the creation of a sales and marketing strategy
- Research and developing marketing opportunities
- Sales and advertising plans

Potential additional tasks:
- Supporting the follow up of leads (via telephone and/or creating email drafts)
- SEO for the website (optional)
