Marketing Campaign for Social Media (Spanish speaking)

We are an established Education Agency based in Australia (http://www.uvisionaustralia.com/en/education/). We are looking to generate leads of students from latin america who are looking to travel & study in Australia. We'd like to achieve this through our Facebook and Insagram social media, as well as through our website.

We are looking for a marketing coordinator who can achieve this. We'd like to hear what strategies can be implemented, the length of the campaign and cost.

As our target market is Latin american students, this campaign must be launched in spanish only.

Note. We've been in the industry for 10 years. We've had in house marketing coordinators throughout the years so we have a good idea of what works or doesn't. We are now looking to outsource this role, therefore we are looking for a creative person with an exceptional innovative mind and communication skills to do this tasks on continuing basis.
