Marketing/advertisng/telesales/appointment making

We are seeking a professional individual to help our small start up teaching supply agency. We require someone with a proven track record with telesales/ marketing/ PR etc.
We would like advice on and guidance with marketing and advertising to schools. We would also like help with telesales and appointment making. Our company tries to be friendly and approachable so we would like someone to be able to reflect this in their manner. This is a short term project but we would offer more work as our business develops. We require a top quality service and our budget reflects this.
