Marketeer

I am looking for a person who has a proven track record in selling, but they will also need to have an understanding of food hygiene training. I run a business that specialises in Food Hygiene Trainng and I currently have a Level 3 Supervising Food Safety running on the 4th 5th 6th April 2011. It is a three day course and I need them to sell at least 10 places although if they sell more the commission will increase, so that max commission could be £500.

My sales sectors are : Leisure Industry, hospitals, hotels, Manufacturers of food products ,Carehomes, nurseries, services sector which could include franchises, golf clubs, schools, factory canteens, any restaurants etc. This course would suit a person in a supervisory capacity and therefore larger organisations would be where most effort should be focussed.

It is essential to me that the person who does this role maintains communication with me and that we set regular review dates. I am keen for them to try telesales or if they are a good networker then that might be good for future working with my company. I am however happy to consider any form of marketing providing it can prove results.

I will also require a data base from any feed back gained as part of this arrangement.
