Market Testing In Mexico

My company is looking for a quick way to test the market for automation of public drinking water systems in Mexico. I am looking for proposals to help test this market, spending time working as a sales rep for Extreme Endeavors (www.extreme-endeavors.com). Right now, some large projects are underway in Mexico City to upgrade public drinking water, acceptable outcomes of this work may include research of contacts that we can follow up on or providing meetings for our team. Please let me know your ideas and cost associated with it. I am flexible with budget and if a market can be assessed and positive results obtained, this could be a longer term contract.
