Manufacturing Telesales

We are looking to develop our manufacturing engineering business. We are aiming to break into new markets and need a professional to help us with this. Preferably with a basic understanding of engineering. We would initially be looking to contract someone one day per week for three months to realistically assess this method of marketing. The sucessful person/company would be given target companies, with an objective of setting appointments.
Ideally we would like to pay based on appointments made but would consider an hourly rate initially.
